Day 8

So I weighed myself again. because I couldn’t believe I lost just half a kg and I was right!! I’ve lost over a kg, closer to 1.5 kgs… but I can’t remember my exact starting weight so will just say I am minus 1 kg today
Today I ate at the food hall at Selfridges and I passed Crispy Creme doughnuts and felt no urge to eat them, that is a huge change for me, I felt so good I clicked a snap of them ✊
I had rice and paneer for lunch and a dosa for dinner, I love eating Indian food in London ❤
I barely managed to reach my daily goal of 8000 on my Fitbit
One thing I’ve noticed is that the minute I lose some weight I self sabotage, so this week I’m on super high alert
Like yesterday I was upset about the scales but somehow I managed to feel what I was feeling and not reach for the food
